UPS電源的分類與特點重慶UPS不間斷(duan)電源按其工作方(fang)式可(ke)分為后備式和在線式兩大類,按其輸(shu)出(chu)波形又可(ke)分為方(fang)波輸(shu)出(chu)和正(zheng)弦波輸(shu)出(chu)兩種(zhong)。后備式 UPS 電源(yuan)在市電正(zheng)常(chang)供(gong)(gong)電時(shi),市電通過交流旁路通道再經轉換開(kai)關直接(jie)向負載提供(gong)(gong)電源(yuan),機內的逆變器處于停(ting)止工作狀(zhuang)態(tai)。這種 UPS 電(dian)(dian)(dian)源在實(shi)質上相當于(yu)一臺穩(wen)壓(ya)(ya)性能(neng)極差(cha)的(de)市(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)穩(wen)壓(ya)(ya)器。它除(chu)了對市(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)幅度波(bo)(bo)動有(you)所改善外,對市(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)頻率不(bu)穩(wen)、波(bo)(bo)形畸(ji)變以及從電(dian)(dian)(dian)網串入(ru)的(de)干(gan)擾等不(bu)良(liang)影響(xiang)基本上沒有(you)任何改善。只有(you)當市(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)中斷或低于(yu) 170V 時,蓄(xu)電池才對 UPS 的逆變器供電,并向負(fu)載提供穩壓、穩頻(pin)的交(jiao)流電源。后備式 UPS 電源的優點(dian)是運(yun)行效(xiao)率高、噪音低、價格相對便宜(yi),主要適用于市電波動(dong)不大、對供電質量要求不高的場合(he)。 在線式 UPS 電(dian)(dian)(dian)源在市(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)正常(chang)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)時,首先(xian)將市(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)交流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源變(bian)成直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源,然后進(jin)行脈(mo)寬調制、濾波(bo),再(zai)將直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源重新變(bian)成交流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源,即它(ta)平時是由交流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)經整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)(liu)后又以逆變(bian)器方式(shi)向(xiang)負(fu)載(zai)提供交流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源。一旦市(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)中斷(duan),立即改(gai)由蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)以逆變(bian)器方式(shi)對(dui)負(fu)載(zai)提供交流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源。因此,對(dui)在線(xian)式(shi) UPS 電源而(er)言,在正(zheng)常情況下,無論有無市電,它總是由 UPS 電(dian)源的(de)逆變器對負載(zai)供電(dian),這樣(yang)就避免了所(suo)有由市電(dian)電(dian)網電(dian)壓波動及干擾帶來(lai)的(de)影響。顯而易見,在線式 UPS 電源的供(gong)電質量明顯優于后備式UPS 電(dian)源,因為它(ta)可(ke)以實(shi)現對負(fu)載的(de)穩頻(pin)、穩壓供電(dian),且在由市電(dian)供電(dian)轉換到蓄電(dian)池供電(dian)時,其轉換時間為零。方波輸(shu)出(chu)的(de) UPS 電(dian)源帶負載能(neng)力差 ( 負載量僅(jin)為額定負載的 40-60%) ,不能帶電感性(xing)負載。如所帶的(de)(de)負載過大(da),方波(bo)輸出電壓(ya)中(zhong)(zhong)包含的(de)(de)三次諧波(bo)成份將使(shi)流人負載中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)容性(xing)電流增大(da),嚴重(zhong)時會損壞負載的(de)(de)電源濾(lv)波(bo)電容。正弦波(bo)輸出的(de)(de) UPS 電源的輸出(chu)(chu)電壓波形(xing)畸變度與負載(zai)量(liang)之間的關(guan)系(xi)沒有方波輸出(chu)(chu) UPS 電(dian)源那樣明顯,負載能力相對較(jiao)強(qiang),并(bing)能帶(dai)微(wei)電(dian)感性負載。不管那種類型的 UPS電(dian)源,當(dang)它(ta)們處于逆變器供(gong)電(dian)狀態時,除非迫(po)不(bu)得已,一般不(bu)要(yao)滿載或超載運行(xing),否則(ze)會使(shi) UPS 電源(yuan)的故障率(lv)明顯增多。 下一篇UPS電源的功能與作用 |
